The Clare Valley carries a unique history and winemaking heritage. Explosive florals, fresh lime, and citrus combine with a hint of rockmelon and wet limestone on the nose. The entry is driven by the nose, with a heap of fruit weight. Chalky in texture with white floral, citrus flavours, and a juicy finish.

Koltz The Pagan Shiraz

The Pagan Shiraz is the flagship wine for Koltz and also represents our philosophy of making handmade wines which are complex and a pleasure to drink. The Pagan is made from shiraz grapes grown on our Blewitt Springs vineyard, in the coolest, most elevated parts of McLaren Vale. The grapes are hand-picked into drying trays and taken to the winery where they are dried for 6 to 7 weeks. They are then sorted and crushed into small open fermenters where they slowly ferment and are hand plunged for 3 weeks before being basket pressed. The new wine continues to ferment for many months in oak and in total spends two years in oak before being bottled.

Trentham Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2012 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is part of our carefully selected Family Reserve range that aims to epitomise the best these regions have to offer.
This wine shows vibrant red-purple colour with lifted violet and mint aromas. The taste has great length with balanced cassis fruit and dark chocolate.
Cabernet Sauvignon vines are perfectly suited to the Coonawarra region, where a magical combination of the terra rossa soil and cool maritime climate produce very high quality grapes. The ripening period is cool and the grapes ripen slowly, retaining flavour and natural acid. The resulting wine is testament to the fruit quality, world class Cabernet Sauvignon with finesse and great ageing potential.

Chambers Rosewood Vineyards Muscadelle

RUTHERGLEN classification. Intense, fresh and fruity aromatics with characters of honey, butterscotch, crème brûlée, creamy caramel, dried oranges, orange blossom, dried pears, tea-cake, malt, and green tea. These characters are also evident on the palate which is luscious with a hint of jasmine and fresh layers of flavour which linger in the mouth. This wine has a luscious texture with the gentle warmth of clean spirit and well-balanced sweetness complementing the finish. Dark bronze-gold colour with hints of amber.
