Brown Brothers Prosecco

While delicious on its own, it is perfect with sushi and sashimi. Prosecco is also excellent with charcuterie and marinated olives, or why not try it with a light brie cheese. Growing Conditions: The grapes for this wine were grown throughout Victoria including the cool climate King Valley. The fruit was picked later and at a slightly higher baumé than fruit for our vintage Prosecco to deliver a soft, round and approachable wine. Winemaker: Geoff Alexander.
Light, fluffy, smeared with sweetness and brimming with flavour. The perfectly pitched wine. Daring, green apple flavours. Mouthfilling drives of fresh-cut pears. And a good, tangy, satisfying finish.

Santolin Cosa Nostra Vermentino

Our Cosa Nostra wines are a clear example of our love for all things unique and different. Interesting blends, alternative varietals, relatively unknown regions. We literally want to create ‘our thing.’ Small batches of adventurous experimentation, teamed with our minimal winemaking philosophy to best capture the unique and intrinsic nature of these alternative varietals and blends.
A Rueda inspired blend of Verdejo (40%), Sauv Blanc (40%), Viognier (15%) and Chardonnay (5%). All components went through wild fermentation, separately, in barrel with monthly lees stirring. After 8 months on lees, the wines were blended together and bottled unfined and unfiltered. A fantastic food wine with aromas of tropical melon, citrus, lemon curd and pineapple skin. The palate is fruit forward with mouth watering, tart acidity and grippy texture.

Black Cocky Rico Blanco

Mount Pleasant Rosehill Shiraz

Planted in 1946 by legendary winemaker Maurice O'Shea, the Rosehill vineyard is one of only a few sites within the Hunter Valley with a special volcanic soil structure, formed over millons of years. This creates distinctive, earthy red wines with the complexity and fruit intensity to last decades. Excellent growing conditions resulted in a rich and fruitful 2005 Mount Pleasant Rosehill Shiraz. Aromas of red berries, spice and complex oak flow through to the sweet luscious palate drawing to a softly textured finish.
