All of the fruit from our Vintara range is sourced from the low yielding Vintara vineyards. The 2006 Vintara Durif shows rich blackberry fruit flavours balanced with 100% new French and American oak. A wine that is smooth enough to drink now but will appreciate cellaring.

2006 Eldredge Blue Chip Shiraz

First released in 1996, all Clare Valley fruit. Dark brick red with purple hues. Spicy dark berry fruits with toasty vanillan oak. Exhibits rich sweet dark berry fruits which are enhanced by toasty fine grain tannins all combining to give a clean and inviting finish. A very approachable wine early in its existence that will only improve with age.

The King Vintage Port

An exceptional Vintage Port made from Shiraz and Touriga Nacional. Opaque black crimson colour with very deep red hue. The nose is superb – an ecstatic sniff filled with the aroma of Christmas pudding, raisins, blackberry jam and very fine old brandy spirit. The palate is explosive – with superbly powerful flavours of liquorice, blackberry jam and velvet smooth brandy followed by a remarkably dry finish. A wonderful Portuguese inspired Vintage Port.
