The wine is light & fresh, lower in alcohol (9% ABV). A life-style brand, inspired by coastal living and a relaxed approach to wine. McLaren Vale is our home, we too get restless and long to explore. Tatachilla White Admiral grants us this privilege &and encourages to adventure with new and exciting varieties outside of the Vale. On the basis of this ideology White Admiral was created. This Pinot Grigio was carefully sourced from diverse vineyards in South Eastern Australia. The dry Mediterranean climate produces a pure and flavorsome wine that exhibits a crisp and fresh palate.

Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon
Launched in 1993 inspired by the outstanding Bin 707 but at a more affordable price point, but like most Penfolds labelled wines the price has ballooned in recent years. The 2010 vintage in our cellar cost $55.55. A full bodied yet elegant wine style, showing minty blackcurrant flavours, with superb oak integration from 12 months maturation in French and American hogsheads, great depth, complexity and length.
