Petaluma Hanlin Hill Riesling
The Petaluma Riesling has stone fruit and tropical fruit aromas
and flavours. The lime character typical of Riesling from Clare is
also present and will grow with time in bottle to balance the
evident mineral salty finish.
Triennes Rosé
This French Rose has a bouquet of strawberries and white flowers
with hints of vanilla. It has the harmony and elegance that has
earned world-wide appreciation of the Rosés from the region.
Triennes Rosé is the perfect accompaniment to a sunny summer
afternoon.
In 1989, two Burgundians, Jacques Seysses and Aubert de Villaine,
and a Parisian friend, Michel Macaux, went in search of new
vineyards. Their attention turned to a hill near Aix-en-Provence,
some 30km from the Mediterranean. Today, Domaine de Triennes is
led by Winemaker Remy Laugier, who crafts rosés like this,
featuring syrah, cinsault, merlot and grenache.

2007 Vasse Felix Cabernet Sauvignon
Vasse Felix was planted by Dr Tom Cullity in 1967 meaning that
Vasse was the first vineyard and winery to be established in the
Margaret River region. Intense, yet elegantly structured, it is
the oldest serving wine in the region. 2007 was especially kind to
those in the west while most other regions throughout Australia
struggled through frost and high heat. The evidence can be tasted
in this remarkable 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon that showcases the very
best red varietal for the region expertly. With a seriously strong
colour in the glass, the aromas and flavours of cassis and
blueberry are obvious for all to see. Balanced with some
background oak and firm, ripe tannins, this Margaret River
Cabernet is one for the ages.
2002 Seppelt Chalambar
Sourced from the Grampians and Heathcote regions in Western and
Central Victoria, Seppelt Chalambar Shiraz has a great balance of
violets, pepper and spice from the Grampians fruit, providing
contrasting elegance to the strength of Heathcote's dark plum
fruit. Showcasing the benefits of blending these distinctive wine
regions, the result is a style that is approachable on release and
has the structure to age gracefully if carefully cellared.

De Bortoli Noble One Botrytis
Semillon
Darren De Bortoli created Noble One in 1982, and to this day it
is still one of the most awarded wines in history. Noble One
remains the benchmark of Australian Botrytis wines. Amber tawny
colour. Very deep, rich and complex with raisin, caramel and
marmalade notes. A big, rich and dense wine - very sweet but
well balanced showing layers of complex, honeyed fruit and oak
working together to create a deeply satisfying drink.
