Pinot Grigio Casaponte
This is fabulously fruity and unabashedly fun. Sicily’s sunny weather is in the very soul of this wine, with apples, pears and bright citrus leaping out of the glass. It’s a wine that doesn’t require much thought; it’s content to let you sit back and enjoy it.

Tahbilk Marsanne
The 2009 ‘Museum Release’ Marsanne gives wonderfully mature notes of baked apples, lemon tart, toasted almonds and tatami mats with hints of chalk dust. Light-bodied, it fills the palate with almond and toast laced preserved citrus notes, finishing with very good persistence.
Medley of sautéed vegetables and fresh buffalo mozzarella honey mustard dressing

Craggy Range Gimblett Gravels Merlot
A blend of 87% Merlot and 13% Cabernet Franc this wine was matured for 18 months in French oak of which 31% was new. Opaque dark crimson red black colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose is closed upon first sniff but eventually yields aromas of violets, cedar, mulberry and dark cherry with a hint of spice. Medium weight and elegantly built, the palate displays flavours of mulberry and dark cherry followed by some cedar and a spicy back palate. Tightly knit with dry fine-grained tannins that give the wine a very dry finish. Aftertaste of dark cherry, spice, cedar and earth.

Chateau Fayau Semillon
Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged pale gold edges and a watery hue. Intense honeyed peach scents rise from the glass with marmalade, ripe apricot and spice also present. Rich, luscious palate flavours of honeyed peaches and apricots fill the mouth over some light marmalade, citrus and spice. Excellent length although not quite the weight or concentration of top flight Sauternes. Good fresh finish with a long-honeyed peach, apricot, marmalade and spice aftertaste.
