Farr Rising Saignée is part of the Rosé revolution that is happening in Australia right now. Bright pink, tinged with magenta; this isn't a rose so much as a high quality Pinot Noir table wine, complexed by barrel fermentation; immaculate length and balance.

Preece Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark berries on the nose, raisin, timber (cedar?) and tobacco. A faint alcohol/cleanser note. Typical cabernet flavors of currant, oak and spice. Flavours of cassis (currant is definitely there, but its not jammy or candy-like), and chocolatey mouthfeel (no, not remotely chalky enough).

Irvine Springhill Merlot

De Bortoli Black Noble
This is a unique wine made from fortified Botrytis Semillon that is aged at length in large oak barrels. Very rich with flavours of chocolate and coffee which also make it a perfect accompaniment to both of these two. Inspired by a wine made by Vittoria De Bortoli in the 1930s, Black Noble is very complex with excellent length.
