Winemaster's Sparkling Notes

Grant Burge Premium Cuveé
The Grand Burge Premium Cuvée is created by combining bottle fermented Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes with fresh wine from the same varieties. The bottle fermented component has developed complex biscuit like characters from time spend on lees which combined with fresh, crisp fruit characters has produced a refreshing style of wine.
Pale straw in colour our Premium Cuvée exhibits complex aromas of Brioche and biscuit from the time spend on lees, together with vibrant citrus characters. The palate mirrors the aromas, with bright melon and white peach flavours from the Chardonnay, combining with lime acidity on the long and refreshing finish. This sparkling wine is the perfect aperitif and goes extremely well with fresh seafood.
