Ruggeri Prosseco
Very pale straw yellow with greenish glints, perfect clarity with abundant, persistent, fine perlage. The fresh, elegant bouquet offers flowery sensations merging into a typically fruity harmonious complexity with intense aromas reminiscent of golden apple. Fresh, delicate, balanced on the palate and light in alcohol with a long fruity finish. Perfect as an aperitif, ideal with fish, it goes extremely well with hors-d’oeuvres and light first courses.

Knappstein Clare Valley Riesling
The 2008 Knappstein Hand Picked Riesling shows lifted citrus fruit aromas with distinct floral notes, a signature of the parcels of fruit grown in the Watervale district of Clare. Fresh lemon and lime fruit flavours are framed by the wine's classic Clare Valley mineral structure. Knappstein's commitment to hand picking produces a delicate wine displaying excellent purity of flavours and textures.

Bright straw colour and alive with bright flavour. Full zest and zing but not short on flavour. Lanoline, brine, apricot, lemon zest and general citrus notes. Satisfying through the finish.

Chateau Tahbilk Shiraz
Nagambie. The Shiraz is sourced from nearly 30 hectares of vines planted at various times from the 1930s until early 2000. Finished in open oak vats, followed by a period of maturation in large 100 year old French oak barrels prior to bottling. Noted for being fruit driven wines of much flavour and substance, proven over the years to develop character when cellared.

A pioneer of Merlot, James Irvine has produced an attractive plump style with leafy plum and mulberry flavours. The perfect match with crown of lamb.
