Jacob's Creek Prosecco
Jacob's Creek Prosecco is a delicate fruit driven wine in a slightly sweeter style. It showcases characters of lovely pear blossom and citrus with a soft and fresh finish. The grapes are generally harvested early to get high levels of natural acidity and fresh, crisp flavours. A light and fresh palate with flavours of honeydew melon and green apples, balanced by delicate fruit flavours and a crunchy acidity.

St Ignatius Cabernet Sauvignon
Sevenhill cellars is the Clare Valley's oldest winery, established by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) in 1851. This vibrant red wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and its relatives, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. The great wines of Pomerol are the inspiration for this blend, first created at Sevenhill in 1991 to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the birth of St Ignatius, the founder of the Society of Jesus. Bottled February 2007.
The wine is marked by aromas of dense, dark berry fruits. The palate is rich and concentrated, with spicy red berry fruits, hints of chocolate, black olive and grainy tannins.

Tatachilla Partners Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz
This opens with an earthy, funky 'old Southern Vales' aroma that takes us back to the good (or bad) old days. Plummy fruit is straightforward in flavour, and it has medium body and soft tannins. An old-worldy, meaty type of red, not squeaky-clean like most modern cab-shirazes, but it does have honest regional qualities.
Bistecca alla Griglia
Grilled Warrnambool prime eye-fillet (250g) and plated with a rich red wine, thyme reduction and sweet potato mash.
