‘Grant Burge’ Petite Bubbles
Grant Burge Petite Bubbles is a new delicately crafted sparkling wine delivering beautifully fine and eloquent bubbles. The result is a simple and soft sparkling wine, while the long train of tiny, rising bubbles elicit the subtle flavour and aroma. A refreshing drink with a hint of bouquet from the classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Winemaster's White Wine Notes
Valhalla Viogner
Light straw-green; the bouquet is not particularly impressive at this point, but the palate does have varietal fruit of brown pear, lychee, apricot and a hint of fresh ginger; no oily phenolics, the texture quite silky.
Winemaster's White Wine Notes
Valhalla Marsanne
Bright straw colour and alive with bright flavour. Full zest and zing but not short on flavour. Lanoline, brine, apricot, lemon zest and general citrus notes. Satisfying through the finish.
Carpaccio with capers

Winemaster's Red Wine Notes
Saltram Mamre Brook Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from mature vines in selected districts of the Barossa, harvested at optimum maturity giving the wine its softness and volume of sweet fruit. Following fermentation in traditional style open fermenters this wine was matured in French and American oak for 18 months before bottling. It is a full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon that displays complex aromas of plump, dark berries and chocolate. The palate has a richly layered structure portraying concentrated mulberry and blackberry fruit flavours, fine tannins and excellent length.
Winemaster's Red Wine Notes
Knappstein Cabernet Sauvignon
A great example of a Clare Valley Cabernet of great strength and texture. The wine fills the palate with generous rich berry fruit and great varietal Cabernet character. Fine drying tannins balance with the fruit weight and subtle oak spice.
Beef cheeks with mashed potatoes and wilted spinach

Winemaster's Port Notes
Morris Classic Liqueur Tokay
Morris Liqueur Tokay is a distinctive wine from the Rutherglen district, and is highly regarded as one of Australia's unique styles of fortified wine. Made from the Muscadelle grape this wine has a clean scented aroma showing great depth of malty character. The palate is complex, intense and luscious yet still fresh with the toffee character associated with the style.
