Our Over the Shoulder wines are great examples of wines that typify varietal characteristics of the Yarra Valley. Wines which are fresh, vibrant and medium bodied. Low alcohol wines with intensity, marvellous tightness and sharp focus.

Clark Estate Pinot Gris
Bright, vibrant aromas of spiced apple and pear juice with fragrant rose petal notes. Powerful flavours of ginger and pear dominate, wrapped up in a lovely full and rich palate with gentle acidity to give a well balanced finish.

Masseria Altemura Sasseo Primitivo
Made from a strict selection of grapes - exclusively of the Primitivo variety, from unique vineyards that maintain the quality of its indigenous cultivar whilst opening itself up to international taste. The name Sasseo (meaning "stony") was chosen to recall the uniqueness, sunniness and strength of the terroir that has produced this wine. Good body with a soft and warm mouth-filling flavour, supported by sweet tannins. An ideal wine to accompany roasted red meat dishes or roast lamb.

Wolf Blass Grey Label Cabernet Sauvignon
Some of Australia's most awarded wines originate from the Langhorne Creek wine region and Wolf Blass have been creating wines from its vines for decades, even winning 3 consecutive Jimmy Watson Trophies for it's wine from the region. Their 2004 shows all the characters you'd expect from such a good vintage including blackberry, warm spice and a touch of eucalypt.
