Tim Adams Riesling
Pristine vibrant nose of lime blossom lemon and green apple. This Tim Adams cellar release Riesling is very intensely flavoured and aromatic. Crisp and elegant with deep citrus flavours and a minerally touch on the back palate. it represents the consistency of a fine Clare Riesling from this producer.

McWilliams Mt Pleasant Blue Label Semillon
McWilliam's Mount Pleasant have access to some of the most prized Semillon vines in Australia and have produced a museum release here with true complexity. The 2006 Blue Label Semillon shows fresh and vibrant characters of ruby grapefruit and striking lemon zest that give way to a truly textured palate that weaves its way across the palate seamlessly.

Polished, with a black pepper and coffee tinge to the ripe, dark plum and currant flavors, lingering on the lively, focused finish.

Eldredge Clare Valley “Blue Chip” Shiraz
First released in 1996, all Clare valley fruit. Dark brick red with purple hues. Spicy dark berry fruits with toasty vanillan oak. Exhibits rich sweet dark berry fruits which are enhanced by toasty fine grain tannins all combining to give a clean and inviting finish. A very approachable wine early in its existence that will only improve with age.

Morris Vintage Port
Colour: Deep violet red. Bouquet: Displays a good integration of strong berry aromas and low strength fortifying spirit. Palate: Has great depth of fruit, leaving a long lingering taste balanced with the effect of both the tannin and spirit.
