Seppelt Original Sparkling Shiraz
Bright and fresh raspberry and macerated cherry aromas, combined with subtle savoury spice notes. The vibrant red berry and cherry flavours continue onto the palate. Soft tannins and acidity are balanced by a fine mousse creating a wine that displays length and balance. This is a sparkling shiraz of great character and quality.

Seppelt The Victorians Chardonnay
The Victorians by Seppelt Wines celebrates the superb regionality of selected Victorian vineyards. Natural acidity provides an excellent foundation for winemakers to build more complex flavours. The wine was fermented in a mixture of new and seasoned French oak barrels, to add delicate oak influence whilst retaining a fresh fruit focus. Barrel stirring increases yeast complexity and texture, as does a portion of malolactic fermentation. Medium Yellow with Green tinges. Peach pip with creamy lees & sweet toasty oak. Ripe white stone fruit notes with a hint of citrus peel. Well structured palate with citrusy acid leading to a clean crisp talcy texture. Roasted cashew oak tones complete the finish.

Seppelt Jaluka Chardonnay
The Seppelt Jaluka Chardonnay was sourced exclusively from the Drumborg Vineyard in Henty. The vinetard was planted in 1964 to provide Seppelt with cool climate fruit for premium quality wines, including sparkling.

The Drives Shiraz
The Drives Shiraz by Seppelt Wines celebrates the superb regionality of selected Victorian vineyards. Medium/Deep Red/Purple with Ruby meniscus. Sweet, glazed fruit, dark blackberry, wine gums & sweet mocha tones. Sweet evolution leading to dark fruits on mid palate. Sweet, spicy fruit cake, talcy, dark chocolate tannins & vanilla bean oak finish.

Seppelt Chalambar Shiraz
Sourced from the Grampians and Heathcote regions in Western and Central Victoria, Seppelt Chalambar Shiraz has a great balance of violets, pepper and spice from the Grampians fruit, providing contrasting elegance to the strength of Heathcote's dark plum fruit. Showcasing the benefits of blending these distinctive wine regions, the result is a style that is approachable on release and has the structure to age gracefully if carefully cellared.

Mr Pickwick's Rare Tawny NV
Mr Pickwick's is widely regarded as one of Australia's definitive tawny styles. Its average age of more than 20 years makes it unique among fortified wines consistently available on a commercial basis. Mr Pickwick's has the softness and mellow spirit that can only come from great age, premium base material and the very best in fortifying spirit - in this case, old brandy.
Matured in a variety of oak barrels including large format oak vats. Pale amber brown, suggesting great age and complexity. On the nose there are complex fruit and rancio qualities. The concentrated, mature nose has a freshness and lift belying an average of more than 20 years. On the palate the wine is intense and concentrated and quite luscious, with a great richness, texture and mouthfilling flavour. Its excellent and mature spirit adds to the depth and intrigue presented by such old, rare tawny.
