Chateau Tahbilk Shiraz
Nagambie. The Shiraz is sourced from nearly 30 hectares of vines planted at various times from the 1930s until early 2000. Finished in open oak vats, followed by a period of maturation in large 100 year old French oak barrels prior to bottling. Noted for being fruit driven wines of much flavour and substance, proven over the years to develop character when cellared. Winemaker suggests the wine will still be at its best over the next two years.
