* 2013 Taylors Pinot Gris Clare Valley

$8.75

O'Leary Walker Polish Hill Riesling
Incredibly fresh and lively with exceptional flavour, some maturity and delicious, tangy fruit. Superb lime citrus, petrol and mineral notes, lemon aromas and floral lift.
Taylors Pinot Gris
Taylors Pinot Gris is a strikingly varietal wine showing notes of baked apple and pear on the nose, with characteristic texture on the palate and soft acidity on the finish. Ideally suited to a whole range of foods, especially flash-barbecued prawns.

Main

Braised veal shank rich tomato, basil and veal sauce

*2003 Saltram Mambre Brook Barossa Valley Cabernet

$16.90

*2008 Brian Barry Jud’s Hill Clare Valley Shiraz

$10.57

Saltram Mambre Brook Cabernet
This label has a track record of ageing superbly in the bottle, developing beautiful aged characters of plum pudding and cigar box. A great aged release!
Brian Barry Jud’s Hill Shiraz
Red to purple in the glass, the nose is youthful with dark cherry and plum, the front palate shows ripe blackberry and dark cherry, with the mid to back palate shifting to a more savoury mode, with earth and mocha, it then finishes with rich ripe primary fruit, firm tannins and considerable length. This wine will age gracefully over the medium term.

Dessert

Chocolate panna cotta chocolate soil, fresh strawberry and basil salads
