Tim Adams Pinot Gris
The hallmark of Tim Adams' Pinot Gris is the balance between flavour sweetness and acidity. Nashi pear, green apple and tropical fruit aromas lead into a full-flavoured, rich and textured palate.
Tim Adams Riesling
Free run juice, pressed from fruit of 9 Clare Valley vineyards created a wine of focus, elegance and strength. It is showing some lovely secondary characters now, but still has a lot of life left.

Main

Bistecca di Manzo
350gr Beef Rib-eye steak, marinated in rosemary & thyme oil, grilled and served with a black peppercorn and red wine jus – plated with potato and spinach mash

* 2005 Stanton & Killeen Rutherglen Durif

$28.80

* 2000 Tahbilk Shiraz

$14.00

Stanton & Killeen Rutherglen Durif
Fragrant aromas of brambleberry, roast beetroot and toasty oak combine with a palate of crunchy mulberry flavours for great length and depth.

Tahbilk Shiraz
This wine has been made using traditional Tahbilk techniques with fermentation taking place in open oak vats, then a period of maturation in French oak for eighteen months prior to bottling. The nose and palate show an intense mixture of blackberries and spice combined with plum and anise overtones whilst the finish is long and flavoursome, balanced with fine grape tannins.

Dessert

Duo of dessert
Tiramisu – layered saviorardi biscuit, mascarpone cheese, marsala and coffee cake

* 1999 Auldstone Late Bottled Vintage Port Glenrowan

$34.00

Auldstone Late Bottled Vintage Port
Finally, a 1999 Vintage Port from Auldstone at Glenrowan. This is late bottled in the old style from 100% Shiraz characteristically sweet and a great way to finish a lunch with cheese and biscuits and coffee.
