Margaret River Estate "Show Reserve" Cabernet Sauvignon
The wine shows intense dark crimson colour. A bouquet of black currant, black cherry and cedary oak greets the nose. The palate follows with fresh brambly fruit and classic varietal Cabernet characters of blackcurrant and red berry fruits. The finish is long and intense. the dark, blueberried tannins and slight herbaceousness on the palate. A wine of great momentum, seductive and irresistible.

Schild Estate "Ben" Premium Barossa Shiraz
Very deep crimson brick red colour with brick red hue. Perfumed nose – top note of violets, followed by blackberry and spice over ripe black cherries and ripe plum. The palate flavours are mouthfilling with explosive black pepper and ripe plum flavours over a background of spice and liquorice. Fine grained tannins. After taste of liquorice, black pepper, plum and spice.
