Tim Adams 2013 Riesling
The use of only the free run juice has resulted in this wine being very intensely flavoured and aromatic. The wine has very lifted Riesling character with citrus aromatics of lime, lemon and grapefruit. The palate is seamless with moderate viscosity and brisk acid finish. Use as an aperitif or with any seafood. Riesling wines from Clare Valley are most enjoyable when young and zesty, or left to mature beyond five years of age. This wine has been sealed with screw cap to ensure its freshness and authenticity.
Pazo Barrantes Albariño
Pazo Barrantes has a well-balanced palate; the acidity is crisp without being sharp. Fruits are soft and ripe with a dominant apricot character. The wine has excellent mouth feel as well as noteworthy purity.
Grilled 250g grass fed beef filet, grilled brocollini & celeriac cream
Fried potatoes with sea salt & lemon thyme

Stanton Killeen Jack’s Block Shiraz
This Rutherglen Shiraz is a wonderful expression of that area's terroir. Hearty and rich there are characters of red earth, ripe blueberry and some liquorice and spice. They make them chewy in Rutherglen!
Vin santo pannacotta macerated figs & apricots with almond biscuit ice cream
* 2002 Morris Vintage Port
$16.00
Morris’s 2002 Vintage (Port) is made from Shiraz grapes grown on the Mia Mia Vineyard, one of the oldest in Rutherglen and only available at cellar door. A big full flavoured port in the old style. The label design has hardly changed since I bought my first bottle in 1975, and was around long before then. It depicts the Charles Morris champion hunter “Fairfield” which won the high jump at the Melbourne Show in 1898.
