Santa Margherita Prosecco di Valdobbiandene (Italian) has a very fine, persistent bead and scents of apples and pears that act as a prelude to the flavours of ripe stone fruit with a bit of melon and orange. Fresh and lively with a long, dry, yeasty finish.

Villa Wolf Pinot Gris
Clear, bright, pale straw in the glass, the nose is complex and enticing displaying fruit, perfume and evidence of its European winemaking. Honeyed fruit on the palate with a slight buttery mouth feel, good acid, length and a very good lingering finish. Altogether, a very good wine.

Pazo Barrantes Albariño
Pazo Barrantes has a well-balanced palate; the acidity is crisp without being sharp. Fruits are soft and ripe with a dominant apricot character. The wine has excellent mouth feel as well as noteworthy purity.

Kendall-Jackson Vintner's Reserve Zinfandel.
Zesty raspberry jam flavours and blackberry zing combine in this mouth-watering Zinfandel by US wine stalwart, Kendall-Jackson. Your tastebuds will be seduced by silky cedar, subtle white pepper and spice accents in this long-finishing wine.

Kumkani Pinotage.
The unique variety of red from South Africa - Pinotage smells of leather and smokey bacon oak aromas. On the palate there is distinct earthy overtones with once again leathery, smokey bacon flavours and quite complex layers of fruit, finishing long and dry. A very interesting and different style compared to an Australian or European red.

This is an example of "The wine of kings, the king of wines". Made predominantly from Furmit grapes with 3 'puttonyos' (balls of concentrated semi-dried sweet grapes) added. This makes a very concentrated, botrytis-affected wine aged in small wooden barrels.
